3. Shipping and Delivery Policy
Inside Riyadh: Delivered within 24 hours after order confirmation.
Outside Riyadh (Other Cities in KSA): Delivered within 3 business days.
Shipping Fees:
Orders under 100 SAR: Standard shipping charge of 15 SAR.
Orders 100 SAR and above: FREE Shipping.
Customers are required to provide accurate delivery details (including Short Address/National Address) and remain reachable by phone to ensure timely delivery.
4. Payment Methods
We offer secure and convenient payment methods for our customers in Saudi Arabia, including:
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Online payments via Mada, Credit Cards, Apple Pay, or other supported local payment options.
When choosing Cash on Delivery, please ensure you have the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.
5. Cancellations and Returns
Orders can be canceled before they are dispatched. Once an order is handed over to the courier, cancellation may not be possible.
Returns and exchanges are handled according to our standard Return & Refund Policy. Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and returned within the specified timeframe.
