1. Delivery Timeline
Inside Riyadh: Delivered within 24 hours after order confirmation.
Outside Riyadh (Other Cities in KSA): Delivered within 3 business days.
2. Shipping Charges
Shipping fees are calculated based on your total order value:
Orders under 100 SAR: Standard shipping charge of 15 SAR.
Orders 100 SAR & above: FREE Shipping on all orders!
3. Order Processing
Orders placed before [e.g., 10:00 AM] will be processed and dispatched on the same day.
We operate 7 days a week to process and deliver your orders without delay.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking update via SMS or Email to follow the status of your delivery.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery across Saudi Arabia. Please ensure you have the exact amount ready upon delivery.
6. Customer Responsibility
Please provide your accurate delivery address, National Short Address, and an active mobile number during checkout.
